Depression

It's not uncommon for people to feel depressed, particularly during and after times of hardship. When depression persists or is very intense, it begins to interfere with how we function and how we think. We lose our sense of energy, enjoyment and motivation, with periods of shut down that make it difficult to stay productive.

The impact on work, relationships and daily life create more issues. When depression isn’t going away or worsens, it may feel impossible to find relief.
