Anxiety
Feeling anxiety is supposed to be helpful despite the discomfort. A pattern of constant or overwhelming anxiety is no longer helpful, worsened by racing thoughts and strong body sensations.
The intense physical and mental responses are draining, resulting in fatigue and lethargy. Anxiety issues may quickly grow to interfere with healthy routine, important activity, or social priorities.
